Shapes!!

Today we had a chance to experiment making (composing and decomposing) shapes. Who knew there were so many ways to make a hexagon?! We also figured out how to make a triangle using a trapeziod and a little triangle. We learned that you can "cut" a square to make two triangles, four triangles or two rectangles. Have your child try this and experiment more creating shapes at home.
